The ideal candidates will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing project tenders within the timeline, and scope parameters. Senior & Intermediate – Responsibilities: 2 positions available Plan and implement overall tender pricing including scope of work , scheduling, and costing Ability to manage multiple tenders Evaluate, prepare, and manage all tender documents Work with Pre Construction and Procurement Managers to ensure strong technical and pricing submission Must possess a current knowledge of market conditions in the Ontario market must possess the ability to provide accurate schedules as required for submissions Qualifications: Minimum 5 year estimating experience in ICI construction in the Canadian Construction Sector Healthcare experience is an asset Experienced with scheduling software and Gantt charts Highly experienced and proficient with MS Office, Jonas Premier Software ,Microsoft Project etc Excellent writing and verbal communication skills are a must Excellent time management, and organizational skills – must be able to manage multiple projects effectively, and able to complete competing priorities Must be able to commute to head office daily, and periodically travel to sites across the GTA We offer a highly competitive compensation package.
