Title: UI/UX DesignerLocation: Remote - EST timeDuration: 1-year contract What We're Looking For Professional experience in UX/UI design, ideally within digital health, SaaS, or complex platform ecosystems. A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design process, cross-platform design, and experience solving complex problems. We would like to see how you select design activities that are appropriate for the problems you're trying to solve. Proficiency in Figma / FigJam Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and usability principles. Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams. Ability to think strategically about user experience and system-level design. Excellent communication and storytelling skills - able to articulate design rationale to diverse stakeholders. Passion for improving health outcomes and creating meaningful digital experiences that empower people. Nice to Have Experience designing for healthcare, telehealth, or other regulated industries. Familiarity with service design, journey mapping, and systems thinking. Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS/React knowledge is a plus). Experience planning and executing research activities such as concept testing and usability testing. Exposure to data-driven design or behaviour change frameworks.
