If you answered yes Then, Conestoga Cold Storage Limited is seeking a full time Customer Service Representative. The successful applicant will have an opportunity to work in a fully automated, fast paced, dynamic and exciting environment full of innovation and state of the art technology. We are looking for individuals with strong drive, commitment to cultivating their skills and grow within our company Duties and Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries Process orders from customers Maintain records of all customer service transactions Retrieve data (i.e. account information) from system Assist customers with standard account-related requests Provide information about service availability, charges and service conditions Advise customers about inventory and order/shipment status Research and resolve customer discrepancies, acting as the customer liaison between departments when necessary Collaborate closely with other departmental staff to coordinate account activities Invoicing customers Dealing with drivers and providing excellent customer service Perform other office duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent (Required) Previous customer service experience in shipping/logistics (Preferred) Effective communication skills both oral and written Strong attention to detail Ability to successfully work both independently and as part of a team Bilingual (English and French) would be an asset Ability to multitask and set priorities Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment Computer literate, including effective working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and e-mail.
