This full-time contract role offers long-term potential and the opportunity to make a significant impact on project safety standards.Total rewards:$73.00 - $85.00 hourlyCompetitive hourly rate: $73/hour (T4) or $83–$85/hour (Incorporated)Full-time contract with potential for multi-year extensionOpportunity to work on major energy projectsProfessional growth in a leadership roleCollaborative and supportive work environmentExposure to diverse projects and operationsChance to influence EHS strategy and executionWork with a respected industry leaderResponsibilities:Lead EHS execution across multiple projectsEnsure consistency in safety standards and practicesSupport project teams with EHS guidance and complianceDevelop and implement safety programs and initiativesMonitor and report on EHS performanceProvide leadership in incident prevention and responseCollaborate with stakeholders to meet regulatory requirementsDrive continuous improvement in EHS processesRequirements:NCSO or CRSP designation preferred (or equivalent)Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in Oil & GasProven leadership in EHS rolesStrong background in construction and project environmentsKnowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standardsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCommitment to fostering a safe work culture
