The ideal candidates will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing project tenders within the timeline, and scope parameters. Senior & Intermediate – Responsibilities: 2 positions available Plan and implement overall tender pricing including scope of work , scheduling, and costing Ability to manage multiple tendersEvaluate, prepare, and manage all tender documentsWork with Pre Construction and Procurement Managers to ensure strong technical and pricing submission Must possess a current knowledge of market conditions in the Ontario market must possess the ability to provide accurate schedules as required for submissions Qualifications:Minimum 5 year estimating experience in ICI construction in the Canadian Construction SectorHealthcare experience is an assetExperienced with scheduling software and Gantt chartsHighly experienced and proficient with MS Office, Jonas Premier Software ,Microsoft Project etcExcellent writing and verbal communication skills are a mustExcellent time management, and organizational skills – must be able to manage multiple projects effectively, and able to complete competing prioritiesMust be able to commute to head office daily, and periodically travel to sites across the GTAWe offer a highly competitive compensation package.Chart Construction Management welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
