Developer/Architect - GenAI & AutomationResponsibilities:Developer:Build Custom GPTs with Actions integrationDesign and develop End-2-End API-driven solutions to be leveraged within custom GPT as ActionsBuild cloud and desktop flows in Power AutomateAssess product capabilities by carrying out proof-of-concepts and research.Build dashboards in Power BI as per requirementsCoaching and Delivery support:Act as a technical expert to guide staff members on their automation idea's development and deployment.Coaching support to build Custom GPT and Power Automate use casesSupport office hours and other sessionsCarry out automation and Custom GPT review before deployment.Validate environment setup and roles, and guide others on how to perform it.Coordinate with Platform and product teams to propagate delivery and infrastructure-related items.Mandatory Experience:2+ year of hands-on experience building chatbots or GenAI agents leveraging Enterprise ChatGPT(Custom GPTs) or Copilot Studio. Custom GPT development experience is mandatory.3+ years of hands-on experience with Power Platform product offerings(Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) working on RPA/Automation delivery lifecycle in a team setting.Expertise in API design and development (RESTful, SOAP) and security (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect).Experience with API design tools (Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, Kong).Experience with OpenAI APIsExperience with Tableau and Power BIStrong SQL and database knowledgePreferred Experience:Hands-on experience with building RAG pipelines, Vector DB and semantic searchExperience with CI/CD for automation lifecycle.Experience working in BioPharma or regulated industry.Experience building and maintaining automation in Uipath Platform (Studio/StudioX, Orchestrator, Automation Hub, Document Understanding, Insights, etc.)Experience working with Jira, Confluence for agile delivery.Experience with SharePoint site development.Experience with data modeling and developmentProficient at queries, report writing, and presenting findingsEducation: Master or Bachelor's degree in Computer science or related field.
