The Call Center Agent / Support Help Desk Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely, accurate, and solution-driven assistance. The ideal candidate is professional, customer-focused, and capable of handling inquiries with confidence and clarity. Key Responsibilities • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chat requests in a professional and courteous manner. • Provide technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and product/service guidance to customers. • Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the company’s CRM system. • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary. • Maintain strong knowledge of company products, processes, and policies. • Meet established performance metrics including response times, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates. • Adhere to company service standards and maintain a high level of confidentiality. Qualifications • Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, or help desk support is an advantage. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset. • Ability to work independently and within a team environment. • Proficiency with basic computer applications, CRM systems, and ticketing tools. • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (for remote positions). • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings or weekends if required.
