Required work experience and skills: 3 years of experience in the cleaning/janitorial services industry. 6 months of experience as a manager or 2 years of experience as a supervisor. 6 months of financial management experience, including experience with budgeting.financial reporting, tax preparation, accounts management, and cost reduction. Exceptional communicator and project manager with a keen eye for detail. Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple, competing priorities in a demanding, fast-paced setting. Proven ability to proactively identify and resolve issues, focusing on process optimization and achieving team goals. Client relationship management skills and experience. Operations management skills and experience. Experience with negotiating contracts. Training and mentorship skills and experience. Experience with process improvement: enhancing operational efficiency and productivity. Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) certification is preferred but not required.
