Job DescriptionWe are looking for a data entry clerk from Tuesday to Saturday 10am-6:30pm with some additional hours as required. Willing to train, however, adequate computer skills are an asset.Responsibilities Include:Preparing and sorting documents for data entryEntering data into database software in a timely manner and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputtedLearning the Inventory Management Software used by the companyResolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documentsResponding to information requests from authorized membersMaintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.Requirements IncludeFamiliarity with administrative dutiesExperience using office equipment, like fax machine and scannerTyping speed and accuracyAttention to detailConfidentialityOrganization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasksJob Types: Part-time, PermanentSalary: $16.00-$32.00 per hourSchedule:Day shiftEvery WeekendEmployment Type: Part-TimeSalary: $ 16.00 Per Hour
