Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and physically strong individual to join our team as a Heavy Lifter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely lifting, moving, and organizing heavy materials and equipment in a warehouse, construction, or industrial setting. Attention to safety protocols and teamwork is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lift, carry, push, and pull heavy items and materials safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload materials from trucks, shelves, or storage areas.
  • Stack and organize products, equipment, and materials in designated areas.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and proper lifting techniques to prevent injuries.
  • Assist other team members as needed with manual labor tasks.
  • Perform basic maintenance or inspection of equipment, if required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in heavy lifting, warehouse work, or similar physical roles is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to [insert weight limit, e.g., 50–100 lbs]) repeatedly.
  • Strong physical stamina and endurance.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and proper lifting techniques.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions (indoor/outdoor, temperature variations).

Working Conditions:

  • Physical, hands-on work with prolonged standing, bending, and lifting.
  • Work may include exposure to dust, noise, or heavy machinery.
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.75-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
