Job Summary

Urgent Group is hiring dependable and hard-working Lumpers to assist with container unloading (destuffing) at our client's warehouse. This position involves unloading cartons from inbound sea containers, stacking them on pallets, and preparing them for warehouse receiving.

We're looking for team players who can work efficiently, follow direction, and handle a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Unload cartons and boxes from inbound shipping containers
  • Sort, count, and stack boxes onto pallets
  • Ensure cartons are handled carefully (typically 5–50 lbs each)
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions
  • Work effectively with team members to meet daily targets

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Steel-toe safety shoes required
  • Experience in warehouse or container destuffing is an asset (not required)
  • Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Seasonal, Freelance

Pay: $160.00 per day
