Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to connect with customers. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, providing product knowledge, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Duties

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
  • Assist customers with merchandising inquiries and ensure product displays are appealing
  • Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
  • Handle cash and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
  • Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending additional items
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor while adhering to company standards
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance

Skills

  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
  • Experience in retail sales, technology sales, or technical sales preferred
  • Proficiency in conducting product demos and providing detailed product knowledge
  • Familiarity with merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
  • Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Professional phone etiquette for customer interactions over the phone
  • Ability to upsell products through persuasive communication techniques
