Our robotics and STEAM programs introduce children to problem-solving, coding, and teamwork in a fun and engaging way.

We're expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and creative instructors who would love to teach robotics and STEM activities to kids in schools, daycares, and community centers across York Region.

About the Role

As a Robotics & STEAM Instructor, you'll:

  • Lead small-group classes (ages 5–12) using LEGO-based or similar robotics kits (training provided)
  • Help children explore basic robotics, coding, and engineering concepts through play
  • Represent our program at schools, daycares, and local community events
  • Assist in promoting new classes and demo sessions
  • Work collaboratively with our core team to plan and grow programs

This is a collaborative teaching role — ideal for university students, ECEs, or recent grads in Education, Engineering, Computer Science, Psychology, or Child Development who want to build practical teaching experience while earning income.

  • Have strong communication and presentation skills
  • Are dependable, positive, and confident leading small groups
  • Have access to transportation within York Region (preferred)
  • Can work flexible weekday afternoons and some weekends
