Job Title: Middleware Specialist

Location: Kelowna

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical direction, leadership, and oversight of middleware solutions, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance.
  • Implement, configure, and test middleware software, including ERP package integrations.
  • Support the administration, troubleshooting, and optimization of middleware environments on a day-to-day basis.
  • Contribute to middleware architecture planning and alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security requirements, and best practices.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience with JBoss Middleware, WildFly, Oracle OSB, Oracle SOA Suite, and Fusion Middleware.
  • Experience implementing and testing middleware components and integrating ERP systems.
  • Strong background in middleware administration, performance monitoring, and operational support.
  • Knowledge of Information Management and Data Management principles, practices, and processes.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
