Duties

• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment within the worksite
• Support construction, maintenance, or manufacturing activities as directed by supervisors
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and efficiency
• Operate basic tools and machinery following safety protocols
• Follow safety guidelines and report any hazards or incidents immediately
• Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and stacking materials
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labor is a plus but not required
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
