Rodd Miramichi River Resort is seeking an Sous Chef to join their culinary team. This is an opportunity to work in a 5 star Hotel with a Restaurant and a strong Banquet business.
Job description
Experienced Sous Chef looking to position themselves for growth. Strong restaurant and banquet experience. Fine dining with a passion for fresh/local ingredient. Ability to shift and adjust to demand quickly. Experience managing diverse teams .and working in multiple outlets.
Job Requirements
- Proven success as a Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager or lead cook in a high-volume restaurant or resort restaurant
- Strong passion for culinary excellence, , and service
- Proven ability to develop team
- Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution
- Stable job history which demonstrates upward career progression
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 per year
