Join a dynamic construction and design environment as a full-time onsite content creator, where you'll capture the energy and creativity of a large, fast-paced team based in Mississauga, Ontario. This role offers the opportunity to film, edit, and produce engaging content for social media platforms including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, showcasing ongoing renovation projects and the personalities behind them. You'll be immersed in a collaborative setting with designers and construction professionals, providing a wealth of material for compelling storytelling and brand growth. The position also involves supporting ongoing marketing campaigns and adapting content strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

Deliverables

  • Film and edit high-quality video and photo content of renovation projects, team activities, and behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Produce engaging short-form and long-form content tailored for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
  • Collaborate with designers and construction staff to identify unique stories and project highlights.
  • Support ongoing marketing campaigns with fresh, relevant content.
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule and adapt content based on analytics and platform trends.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in video production, editing, and marketing photography.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
  • Experience creating content for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in Mississauga, Ontario.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate new content ideas in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with content planning, scheduling tools, and basic analytics.
