About the Roles

You'll be the heart of our practice — coordinating patient care, supporting the clinical team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Your communication skills, leadership, and passion for dentistry will help us deliver top-quality care with efficiency and warmth.

Key Responsibilities for all positions:

  • Present and coordinate treatment plans with confidence and empathy
  • Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and daily production goals
  • Handle insurance submissions and financial arrangements, we are a non-assisgnment clinic
  • Team player, always ready to help the team when needed
  • Support the team with administrative organization and leadership
  • Participate in Marketing campaigns, bring in new ideas, follow through with tasks
  • Maintain a professional and positive atmosphere in the office

You Are:

  • Experienced in dental administration and treatment coordination (minimum 2 years preferred)
  • Skilled in dental software (Dentrix, Oryz and Recall Max)
  • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
  • A great communicator with a positive attitude and leadership mindset

Location: Ancaster, ON

Full-time position | Monday to Friday | Competitive pay and benefits
