What You Will Do
We are seeking a skilled
Business Intelligence Developer/Analyst
to join our team. This role combines deep data analytics expertise with a focus on helping B2B platform adoption across our business. The ideal candidate will leverage BI tools and data insights to improve decision-making, identify opportunities for growth, and enable stronger adoption of our digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Business Intelligence & Reporting

• Design, develop, and maintain optimized SQL database objects and SSRS reports.

• Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and BI solutions.
• Develop and update technical documentation for database and reporting systems.
• Provide support and training to end-users on new reports and dashboards.
• Complete helpdesk tickets related to reporting and BI tools.
• Partner with business units and sales teams to increase B2B adoption through targeted analytics and insights.
• Use data to identify new opportunities for deals, clearance, and open-box
• strategies to help move inventory through B2B channels.
• Build dashboards and adoption trackers to measure customer engagement with the B2B platform.
• Develop clear, actionable reports and guides for sales and business stakeholders to better understand how customers use the B2B portal.
• Recommend strategies to improve customer digital engagement and optimize the end-to-end B2B experience.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience as a BI developer, analyst, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Knowledge of data warehouse concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft development tools and technologies (SQL Server 2014 and later, SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, Visual Studio).
• Demonstrated ability to use data to influence business outcomes and drive adoption of digital tools.
• Familiarity with B2B eCommerce platforms and customer adoption strategies.
• Experience in wholesale/distribution sectors is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly JD Edwards (JDE), is a significant asset.
• Analytical mind with strong problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Comfortable building guides, reports, and enablement materials for sales and business users.
• Candidates must be bilingual in French and English (English is required as we do business across Canada and the US).
