Your Roadmap to Success:

  • Be the face of our service department, greeting customers with professionalism and care
  • Coordinate with Sales and Service teams for seamless service
  • Complete vehicle walk-arounds, check for recalls, and verify warranty coverages
  • Consult with customers about their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs
  • Provide accurate estimates for cost and completion times
  • Prepare repair orders and communicate clearly with technicians
  • Keep customers updated and ensure timely completion of work
  • Handle customer concerns and find solutions with the team

Qualifications that Hit the Gas:

  • Energetic, customer-first attitude
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Automotive knowledge and Service Advisor or other related automotive experience are assets, but not required
  • Hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
