The Opportunity:

• Collaborate with the CSFS communities to identify their unique dispute resolution needs
• Develop the traditional desicsion making process and program for the Clan and Community
• Manage contracts to verify satisfactory performance results have been achieved
• Perform a full range of supervisory duties including recruiting and training new mediators, providing consultation to staff, monitoring performance, developing staff learning objectives and setting and monitoring compliance practice standards.

What You Will Bring to The Role:

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Services, Health Services, Mediation or related field
• Two (2) years experience in management and/or leadership experience in a non-profit or service delivery organization
• Two (2) years experience and/or training in mediation and/or other kinds of dispute resolution processes
• A combination of education and experience may be considered

Wage Range: The target hiring range for this position is $ to $ per hour. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicants' role specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.
