The Role
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Processing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately managing and updating client data across our systems, ensuring data quality through careful review and validation, and providing constructive feedback to improve automation. This role is critical for maintaining the integrity and reliability of our data, which supports our clients in making informed decisions about how to action climate strategies and sustains the credibility of the claims our customers make.
Responsibilities
- Manage the flow of client data ingestion through automated processes and tools.
- Upload and process documents using internal systems, ensuring correct setup and execution.
- Review and validate data outputs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Identify and correct errors, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Generate simple reports and support ongoing data tracking.
- Provide structured feedback to improve automation tools and processes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and consistent data workflows.
Preferred Skills
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets (formulas, lookups, basic data cleaning).
- Comfort working with cloud-based tools and following structured workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot data inconsistencies.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.
- Responsible handling of confidential or sensitive data.
Nice to Haves
- Basic understanding of Python or willingness to learn enough to run scripts (no advanced coding required).
- Passion for environmental action
- Accounting/Bookkeeping training
- Fluency in French

El Rol
Buscamos un/a Data Processing Specialist meticuloso/a y orientado/a a los detalles para unirse a nuestro equipo dinámico. La persona ideal será responsable de gestionar y actualizar con precisión los datos de los clientes en nuestros sistemas, garantizar la calidad y consistencia de la información mediante revisiones y validaciones, y proporcionar retroalimentación constructiva para mejorar la automatización. Este rol es esencial para mantener la integridad y confiabilidad de nuestros datos, lo que permite a nuestros clientes tomar decisiones informadas sobre sus estrategias climáticas y respalda la credibilidad de los resultados que presentan.
Responsabilidades
- Gestionar el flujo de ingreso de datos de clientes mediante procesos y herramientas automatizadas.
- Cargar y procesar documentos utilizando sistemas internos, asegurando la correcta configuración y ejecución.
- Revisar y validar los datos procesados para garantizar precisión y consistencia.
- Identificar y corregir errores, escalando incidencias cuando sea necesario.
- Mantener la confidencialidad y manejar información sensible de forma responsable.
- Generar reportes simples y apoyar el seguimiento continuo de los datos.
- Proporcionar retroalimentación estructurada para mejorar las herramientas y procesos de automatización.
- Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo para garantizar flujos de trabajo eficientes y coherentes.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Experiencia comprobada en cargos similares (por ejemplo, Data Entry, Data Analyst o funciones administrativas con manejo de datos).
- Dominio de Google Sheets (fórmulas, búsquedas, data cleaning básico).
- Comodidad trabajando con herramientas en la nube y siguiendo flujos de trabajo estructurados.
- Alta atención al detalle y capacidad para detectar inconsistencias en los datos.
- Buenas habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo.
- Inglés avanzado, con comunicación fluida oral y escrita en contextos profesionales.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y colaborar dentro de un equipo.
- Manejo responsable de información confidencial o sensible.
Deseable
- Conocimientos básicos de Python o disposición para aprender a ejecutar scripts (no se requiere programación avanzada).
- Pasión por la acción ambiental.
