Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Broker located in Lincoln, Grimsby or surrounding areas of West Niagara, ON. The Insurance Broker will be responsible for offering all lines of insurance including Personal and specialized commercial insurance products and services to clients, maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include brokerage and underwriting duties, managing client accounts, and handling inquiries to ensure clients receive personalized insurance solutions that meet their needs.

Qualifications

• RIBO licence holder with minimum of 3 years of insurance brokerage experience
• Insurance Brokerage, Insurance, and Underwriting skills
• Customer Service and Account Management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• 3 years' experience in the Ontario insurance industry is a must
• Other relevant educational background or certifications in insurance are preferred
