We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety standards. Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations
  • Handle food with proper hygiene practices, including knife skills and food handling techniques
  • Plate dishes ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
  • Ensure all food preparation complies with health and safety guidelines

Requirements

  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles within a restaurant or food service environment
  • Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
  • Experience with, food safety protocols, and food handling procedures
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
  • Fine dining experience or experience in the food industry is preferred
  • Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed
