Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Supervisor to lead and oversee landscape maintenance projects. This role offers an opportunity to manage diverse landscape projects while ensuring quality standards and client satisfaction.

Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, including planting, pruning, mowing, fertilizing and snow removal.
  • Lead and working along side a team of landscape workers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Communicate and co-ordinate with other team managers regarding project progress.
  • Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress.
  • Maintain equipment and tools to ensure optimal operation and safety.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in landscape maintenance, snow removal services, or related fields with supervising responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of gardening techniques, horticulture principles, and construction methods.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and understand landscape plans and directions.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor in outdoor environments under various weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred. The ability to drive a truck and trailer is also preferred.
  • Prior experience in supervising teams within the landscaping or construction industry is highly desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
