About the Role

As a Food Production Worker, you'll play a key role in our processing plant, ensuring food safety and animal welfare are always top priorities. You'll work alongside dedicated colleagues, performing a variety of tasks that keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the production process and carry out basic quality checks
  • Operate machinery and weigh scales
  • Cut, debone, and package poultry products (bagging and boxing)
  • Assemble boxes and support line operations
  • Work as a team to meet production goals
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times

What We're Looking For

  • Comfortable working in a cool, wet environment with raw poultry products
  • Detail-oriented and reliable
  • Interacts respectfully with team members and supervisors
  • Physically fit (able to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods)
  • Willingness to rotate between tasks and adjust to changing production needs
  • Able to read and write English
  • Must have own transportation (no public transit nearby)
