Junior Collision Shop Administrator

About the Role:

This entry-level position is perfect for someone organized, friendly, and eager to learn. You'll help with scheduling, paperwork, customer updates, and coordination between our technicians, estimators, and insurance partners. You'll also cross-train with other office staff so you can jump in and lend a hand wherever needed.

What You'll Do:

· Greet customers and provide excellent service, in person and over the phone.

· Create and organize repair orders, invoices, and insurance paperwork.

· Schedule repair appointments and update customers on their vehicle's progress.

· Enter data into shop management systems (Quickbooks, Mitchell, etc.).

· Help order parts, track deliveries, and verify invoices.

· Cross-train with other admin roles to support the team during busy times.

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
