About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our advisors with day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment and is comfortable handling confidential information. This role is essential in providing support for our team operations and ensuring a smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset, contributing to a positive experience for both clients and staff.
Responsibilities
- Utilize Microsoft Office for document creation, scheduling, and communication to enhance office efficiency.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining organized up-to-date records and files.
- Assist with client account documentation, compliance forms, and related administrative tasks.
- Support daily office operations and contribute to overall team productivity.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall functionality.
- Assist with marketing & communication initiatives.
- Be able to demonstrate and understand financial literacy.

- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
- Previous experience in administration or financial services.
- Willingness to learn and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field
- Completion or willingness to complete Canadian Securities Course (CSC) within 12 months of hire
- Minimum 2 years of client-facing service.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Start Date: Once hiring approval is completed (2-3 weeks from acceptance)
- Compensation: Starting at $23/hour, but based on experience
