Responsibilities

  • Greet customers with enthusiasm and provide top-notch guest services to enhance their experience.
  • Efficiently park vehicles in designated areas while ensuring safety and organization within the lot.
  • Assist with vehicle deliveries, ensuring all vehicles are handled with care and precision.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding parking procedures and vehicle status.
  • Perform routine inspections of the lot to maintain cleanliness and orderliness.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately while providing cashiering support as needed.
  • Utilize retail math skills to assist in inventory management and reporting.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in driving both manual transmission and automatic vehicles.

Experience

  • Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with dealership operations or delivery driver experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Experience in cash handling and cashiering responsibilities is preferred.
