Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant financial & analytical experience.
  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in business, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Tools in particular: Power Bi and Power Query, SAC Systems and/or other financial tools.
  • Strong interpersonal & influencing skills with proven success in business partnering outside of finance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain monthly accruals and detailed performance management reports to support accurate financial oversight and informed decision-making.
  • Perform variance analysis/account reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate month-end close activities in accordance with internal policies and accounting standards.
  • Coordinate and deliver monthly financial forecasts, annual budgets, and strategic business planning documentation aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analyses, and effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency, accuracy, and overall effectiveness of performance reporting and financial planning processes.

Location and other Key Details:

  • This is an office-based role. You will work out of our St. John's office, located at 130 Kelsey Drive
  • Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday.
  • Our business professional roles follow internal compensation guidelines, and the pay band will generally be based years of experience and scope of work.
