Our environmental initiatives have resulted in award winning recognition across North America, such as the Platinum Waste Minimization Award from the Recycling Council of Canada and have established Exhibition Place as a world leader in energy-efficient technologies.

This is a contract position from: November July 2026

What can I expect to do in this role?

Coordinates all activities related to the delivery of Transportation for events and tenants.

  • Coordinate and administers work plans, daily instructions and work assignments including producing operational schedules, audits and reporting.
  • Prepare parking facilities for events with the necessary equipment, conduct safety & maintenance inspections, and liaise with trades and other divisions.
  • Lead for individual event portfolios in client meetings and liaise with other divisions to provide information on parking & transportation including site requirements and traffic management plans in collaboration with Toronto Police, Toronto Traffic Operations Centre & other Divisions.
  • Coordinate the preparation and issuance of revenue collection materials, reconciliations and prepare comparative show reports post event.
  • Provide input into the development and implementation of policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Create wayfinding plans including both digital and static signage plans for event portfolios including updating various transportation related apps.
  • Coordinate, audit and collaborate on parking violation enforcement & compliance.
  • Optimize parking inventory and create innovative solutions including alternative offsite parking locations & coordinating third-party customer service representatives to assist customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

How do I qualify?

  • Post-secondary education in a discipline pertinent to the job function or an equivalent. combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in a Parking & Transportation operation and/or an event related environment.
  • Experience in supervising staff in a unionized environment.
  • Experience utilizing software packages (word processing, spreadsheets and electronic mail).
  • Possess a valid full G Class Ontario driver's license in good standing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Ability to provide leadership while working in a team environment.
  • Ability to work days, evenings and weekends including holidays, as required to support operational requirements.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and ability to interpret collective agreements, Occupational Health & Safety Act, Parking Enforcement By-laws and Regulations.
