Key Responsibilities

Payroll

  • Weekly and Bi-Weekly Payroll
  • Benefits Administration

Accounts Payable:

  • Process vendor invoices accurately and on time
  • Reconcile monthly statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain organized AP records

Accounts Receivable:

  • Process customer payments and post to correct accounts
  • Monitor outstanding balances and assist with collections as needed
  • Prepare daily deposit reports

Deal Processing:

  • Review and verify accuracy of deal jackets
  • Ensure all required documents are complete and compliant
  • Submit funding packages and follow up with lenders
  • Assist sales and finance departments with deal corrections or missing documentation

Qualifications

  • Previous dealership experience preferred (but not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Reynold and Reynolds dealership management system a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong computer skills
