Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Financial Controller will play a key role in both strategic and operational financial management. You will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and digital transformation initiatives within the Finance department.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the preparation, analysis, and presentation of accurate financial statements.
• Manage monthly and year-end closing processes.
• Oversee daily finance operations, ensuring seamless ERP and accounting system integration.
• Partner with the CFO on treasury management, debt financing, and banking relationships.
• Implement digital tools and automation to enhance financial reporting and analytics.
• Coordinate external financial audits and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and all federal and provincial reporting requirements.
• Support the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term strategic planning.
Qualifications
• Professional accounting designation (CPA or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in public accounting and 2+ years of industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, data automation, and modern finance technologies.
• Deep understanding of GAAP and Canadian tax regulations.
• Strategic mindset with proven analytical and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Passion for innovation, efficiency, and driving value in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant du Directeur Financier (CFO), le Contrôleur Financier jouera un rôle clé dans la gestion financière stratégique et opérationnelle. Vous superviserez la production des rapports financiers, la budgétisation, les prévisions, la conformité et les initiatives de transformation numérique au sein du département Finance.
Responsabilités principales
• Diriger la préparation, l'analyse et la présentation d'états financiers précis.
• Gérer les processus de clôture mensuelle et annuelle.
• Superviser les opérations financières quotidiennes et assurer l'intégration fluide entre les systèmes ERP et comptables.
• Collaborer avec le CFO sur la gestion de la trésorerie, le financement de la dette et les relations bancaires.
• Mettre en œuvre des outils numériques et des automatisations pour améliorer le reporting et l'analyse financière.
• Coordonner les audits financiers externes et recommander des améliorations de processus.
• Assurer la conformité aux normes GAAP et à toutes les exigences fédérales et provinciales.
• Soutenir la préparation des prévisions financières, des budgets et de la planification stratégique à long terme.
Qualifications
• Titre comptable professionnel (CPA ou équivalent) fortement souhaité.
• Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en cabinet comptable et au moins 2 ans en industrie.
• Solide connaissance des systèmes ERP, de l'automatisation des données et des technologies financières modernes.
• Maîtrise approfondie des normes GAAP et des réglementations fiscales canadiennes.
• Esprit stratégique avec de solides compétences analytiques et en leadership.
• Excellentes aptitudes en communication.
