  • Deliver Exceptional Experiences: Ensure clients receive responsive, personalized service that translates into loyalty, referrals, and sustained business growth and reflects our brand promise of genuine Yukon hospitality.

What You Bring to The Role

  • Considerable hotel sales experience, with success in developing new business, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth across multiple segments.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to identify market opportunities, think long-term, and align sales efforts with overall portfolio objectives.
  • Relationship-driven approach — a natural connector who builds trust and lasting partnerships with clients, colleagues, and community stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and initiative, with a drive to understand client needs, uncover new markets, and continuously improve how business is done.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, ensuring clarity, respect, and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Guest-centric focus, consistently representing NVD's warmth, professionalism, and values of drive, rigour, and kindness in every engagement.
