As we continue to grow, we're looking for an energetic and motivated Automotive Sales Representative who's ready to hit the ground running—and the road, with a company vehicle provided.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Engage with walk-in and online customers to understand their needs and match them with the right vehicles
  • Guide customers through the car buying process, from test drive to final paperwork
  • Follow up on leads, build relationships, and provide excellent after-sales service
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed about current promotions
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the sales team, finance, and management to ensure a smooth sales process

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in automotive sales (or a related customer-facing sales role)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you're approachable, confident, and know how to build trust
  • A valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Tech-savvy enough to use digital tools for CRM, lead tracking, and vehicle lookup
  • Goal-driven mindset with a passion for delivering results
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
