Core Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service while pouring, mixing, and serving a full range of beverages.
  • Manage cash, process transactions, and balance tills accurately.
  • Maintain bar cleanliness and organization throughout the shift.
  • Tap, change, and rotate kegs (you'll be hands-on here).
  • Restock coolers, prepare garnishes, and ensure the bar is always guest-ready.
  • Uphold all liquor service and safety standards (ProServe required).
  • Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of bartending or serving experience in a busy pub or restaurant setting.
  • A solid understanding of bar operations — from keg rotation to cocktail basics.
  • A reliable work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Great communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • ProServe certification (required).
