$2500 Signing Bonus (after 3-month clean probation)

$22-$34 Per Hour

We're looking for a motivated 1st, 2nd or 3rd year Apprentice Technicians to join our Service Department.

The hourly rate will be relevant to the level achieved in the registered apprenticeship program.

At Orillia Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram, you'll work side-by-side with seasoned techs, get your hands on the latest Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Wagoneer vehicles, and pick up the kind of real-world experience you won't find in a classroom.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Knock out routine maintenance like oil changes, tire rotations, and brake jobs

Team up with licensed techs on diagnostics and repairs (translation: you'll learn a ton)

Follow OEM service guidelines so jobs are done right the first time

Keep things clean and organized in the bay (your future self will thank you)

Record repair notes and details in line with dealership standards

Stay sharp by participating in ongoing apprenticeship training

Always keep safety top of mind — we want you to go home in one piece, not a few

Qualifications

Currently a registered 1st, 2nd or 3rd year Automotive Service Technician Apprentice

Mechanical aptitude and genuine interest in Stellantis vehicles (bonus points if you're a Jeep fan)

Valid Ontario driver's license and a clean record

Team player who isn't afraid to get a little grease under their fingernails

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Willingness to learn, grow, and have some fun while doing it
