We're looking for a
Staff Product Manager (Corporate Solution Delivery)
to join our Global Human Capital Management team at TJX, where you'll help shape the future of HR and Payroll technology. In this strategic role, you'll lead the development of innovative, customer-centric solutions that enhance the digital associate experience and streamline communication and collaboration across the organization. You'll work cross-functionally to define product vision, roadmap, and features that support the entire associate lifecycle. What You'll Do
- Ensure the development of sustainable and impactful products and solutions within the Digital HR Associate Experience value stream, supported by tools for associate communication and collaboration, as well as language translation & transcreation services
- Accountable for crafting and delivering the Product roadmap, partnering with global HR & Payroll Business Stakeholders, Architecture, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment to Business Strategies, Technical Roadmaps, and Architectural standards
- Practice consultative partnership to analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities and prioritize product features. Partner with companion teams for delivery of enterprise connected solutions. Collaboratively build a well-articulated global product vision, domain strategy, and long-range roadmap for the portfolio
- Accountability for the end-to-end delivery of Epics, Features, Stories and/or Programs to achieve business outcomes. Tracking the success of products and identify areas for improvement
About You
- Experience with associate engagement platforms such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage, incorporating Microsoft Copilot AI
- Experience with tools that support associate communication planning, collaborative work management, language translation & transcreation, as well as communication analytics; examples include GlobalLink, , Power BI etc.
- Deep understanding of global HR processes and digital solutions that enhance the associate experience, with a focus on leveraging AI to drive effectiveness and operational efficiency
- 5+ years - Product Management experience, hands on experience participating in and leading SAFe Agile events, such as sprint planning, release planning, and PI planning
