About the Role:

As a Remote Insurance Benefits Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for families seeking life insurance coverage. No prior insurance experience is required—we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help families navigate their benefit options and determine eligibility.
  • Build strong client relationships through engaging phone and Zoom conversations.
  • Present and explain our life insurance products, guiding clients to make informed decisions.
  • Assist clients with completing insurance applications and working with underwriters.
  • Stay updated with our ongoing training and career development programs to ensure your professional growth.

What We're Looking For:

  • Must have or be willing to obtain an HLLQP license.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a desire to help others.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable with computers, phones, and Zoom video calls.
  • Access to a computer, cell phone with unlimited long-distance, and reliable Wi-Fi.
