In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting them with their purchases. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
  • Provide knowledgeable advice on product features and benefits, particularly in areas requiring mechanical knowledge.
  • Troubleshoot / provide mechanical (bikes/ medical device) support for after-sales service.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are well-presented.
  • Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system while handling cash and credit card payments. (Lightspeed)
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience is preferred.
  • Existing mechanical knowledge with experience using power tools and hand tools is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • A positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
