WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Develop, implement, and manage an effective pest control program tailored to each property's needs.
• Oversee chemical purchasing, inventory management, and ensure safe and compliant storage of all products.
• Train and mentor Maintenance Level 2 employees in pest control procedures, safety practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest infestations and potential entry points.
• Apply appropriate pest control treatments using chemical applications, traps, and other approved methods.
• Maintain accurate records of pest control services, including treatment details, follow-ups, and recommendations.
• Respond to resident requests and follow up to ensure work orders are completed efficiently and satisfactorily.
• Deliver excellent customer service, building strong, long-term relationships with residents.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building equipment, including boilers, HVAC, plumbing systems, and minor electrical repairs.
• Complete minor renovations such as painting, drywall, mudding, and taping, as well as routine repairs including doors, hinges, and locks as needed.
• Maintain a safety-first approach by completing all required training, keeping work areas clean and hazard-free, and identifying potential risks.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work orders, boiler checks, and other operational logs using Avenue Living systems.
• Assist with the delivery, installation, and disposal of materials and appliances as required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
• Other duties as required.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

• A technology-savvy skillset with the ability to work within multiple programs and systems at the same time via mobile phone.
• Pest control license is an asset but not required, we will train and cover costs associated with obtaining.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to meet Resident needs.
• Ability to lift upwards of 50 lbs.
• A valid driver's license, clean driver's abstract, and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Mandatory requirement to be clean shaven to wear a respirator as required.
• Ability to work outside of normal business hours and be part of the On Call Rotation.
• Must complete & pass a criminal record check.
