What will you be doing?

As an Education Coach your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing educational quality of classrooms, staff, and equipment in multiple centers.

• Ensuring maintenance and delivery of standardized curriculum to all age groups.

• Soliciting and responding to feedback regarding programs

• Providing classroom-based demonstrations, collaborations, and one-on-one support to educators.

• Assisting Centre Directors and Area Managers with development of staff training programs, schedule and workshops.

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

• 5+ years teaching experience

• Childcare Mentor/Leadership experience an asset

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Valid G License and reliable transportation for travel as needed amongst various centers 

• Must meet province requirements for child care employment
