Location: Saskatchewan - based out of Saskatoon, but must be willing to travel to our other shop locations and various job sites throughout the province as required.

Salary: $80,000/year

Are you a certified safety professional ready to take the next step in your career? Our growing COR-certified Hydrovac company in Saskatchewan is looking for a Full-Time Certified Safety Officer to lead our safety program and ensure we maintain the highest standards in the industry.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and continuously improve our COR safety program
  • Develop, implement, and enforce health & safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular site inspections, hazard assessments, and toolbox meetings
  • Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are taken
  • Provide safety training and mentorship to field crews and new hires
  • Ensure compliance with Saskatchewan OH&S legislation and industry best practices
  • Maintain all required documentation (including online Site Docs platform), reporting, and audits

What You Bring:

  • Certified Safety Officer designation (e.g., NCSO, CRSP, or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of Saskatchewan OH&S legislation
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license (clean abstract)
  • Proven experience in industrial, construction, or hydrovac environments
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
