MOFFATT'S MAZDA of Barrie, Ontario is looking for a Full-Time Parts Advisor, to join their dynamic team in Barrie.

The ideal candidate must have a professional manner, strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and succeed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide superior customer service at our parts department
  • Advise customers with parts vehicle needs
  • Arrange for customer part sales and pick-up
  • Source and fill parts orders requested by customers & technicians
  • Receive and distribute incoming goods as necessary
  • Assist in loading and unloading of goods
  • Ensure packing slips and documents are accurate Ensure all goods received are in saleable condition
  • Report any shortages or damage to management and claim as required
  • Maintain inventory control
  • Represent Moffatt's Mazda in a professional manner at all times

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Automotive parts experience an asset
  • Organization and multi-tasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer skills mandatory
  • PBS Systems knowledge an asset
  • Valid Ontario G driver's license
  • Clean drivers abstract
  • High School Diploma
  • Must have CSA approved footwear
