Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead Nebula Platforms' technology strategy and execution. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building innovative automation and Generative AI-driven solutions.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology roadmap, scaling our platforms, and driving innovation across all product lines. You'll also have the exciting challenge of building and managing a world-class engineering and AI team from the ground up, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Technology Leadership: Define and execute the overall technology vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with Nebula Platforms' business objectives.
• AI & Automation Innovation: Drive research, development, and deployment of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and automation systems to power the next generation of IT solutions.
• Technical Oversight: Lead architecture, engineering, and infrastructure development to ensure scalability, security, and reliability.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering and data science team focused on excellence and innovation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Product, Operations, and Business teams to translate company goals into technical execution.
• Emerging Technology Evaluation: Identify and integrate new tools, frameworks, and AI models to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Thought Leadership: Represent Nebula Platforms at industry events, conferences, and partnerships as a recognized expert in automation and Generative AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior or executive position.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale software or platform development initiatives.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, or Machine Learning systems, with real-world deployment experience.
• Strong background in automation technologies, SaaS/PaaS systems, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Excellent understanding of modern architecture, security, and DevOps practices.
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance innovation and execution.
