What you'll do...

We have full-time, on-site roles in Guelph, ON for
specialists in Ferrous & Non-Ferrous
as well as
Heavy Equipment & Operations Management
The candidates will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations related to heavy equipment handling, processing and managing ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metals. Tasks include operating heavy machinery, ensuring safety protocols are followed, maintaining equipment, and optimizing operational efficiency to meet production targets.

What you offer...

  • Experience and expertise in operating heavy equipment and machinery
  • Knowledge of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and their processing techniques
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and maintenance procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Previous experience in the scrap metal industry is an asset
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in heavy equipment operation or metal processing is beneficial
