Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Waterworks Supervisor will work with the sales team, acting as a subject matter expert on Waterworks products. They will also be responsible for building Waterworks business in the Manitoba Region.

What you will do:

  • Communicate with customers primarily by email and phone
  • Provide timely quotations and accurate processing and delivery
  • Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications
  • Process customer transactions such as orders and returns
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to direct reports by communicating job expectations and providing feedback and coaching
  • Work with Outside Sales to build Waterworks business with the existing customer base and prospecting for new customers
  • Work with key stakeholders in developing and implementing a Waterworks strategy for the region
  • Develop, maintain, and set accountability for Waterworks pricing
  • Support the hiring in the Waterworks department as it grows

About you:

  • You possess extensive knowledge of Waterworks products and have previous sales experience
  • You have previous supervisory or leadership experience
  • You possess demonstrated excellence in providing customer service
  • You possess excellent communication, interpersonal and computer skills
  • You have a valid drivers' license, travel from time to time will be required
