About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Enterprise Content Management (ECM) team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our digital transformation initiatives by designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-native applications on AWS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and high-availability systems that support our content management infrastructure. Your expertise in both back-end and front-end development, combined with your knowledge of DevOps practices, will drive the evolution of our enterprise systems. Collaboration with business partners and cross-functional teams will be essential as you help shape innovative solutions that add value to our organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar full stack development role
• Proficiency in back-end development with Python and Java, including frameworks like Spring Boot
• Experience with modern front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React
• Hands-on experience with version control tools (Git), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong knowledge of AWS services, including Lambda, Step Functions, EC2, Aurora, RDS, S3, QuickSight, Security Groups, and API Gateway
• AWS Developer Associate certification is an asset
• Experience working with relational databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and non-relational databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB)
• Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain cloud-native applications on AWS platforms
• Implement best practices in security, scalability, and high availability for all applications
• Optimize application deployment using CI/CD workflows and automate processes through scripting and infrastructure-as-code methodologies
• Develop and automate testing strategies for various components to ensure robustness and reliability
• Monitor production applications proactively, establishing automated alerts and self-healing mechanisms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions
• Maintain and improve existing systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the team
