What You'll Do

  • Guide customers through a fun, experience-driven buying journey
  • Lead walkarounds, demos, and test drives that spark excitement
  • Match customers' travel dreams with the perfect RV
  • Build long-term relationships with follow-up and genuine care
  • Partner with finance, service, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover

What You Bring

  • Proven sales experience (automotive, RV, or other high-ticket items preferred)
  • Strong people skills – ability to connect, influence, and close
  • Self-driven, resilient, and motivated by performance-based income
  • Passion for camping, travel, or the outdoors is a major plus
