Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer service will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience for our clients.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, using appropriate tools and products.
- Wash, wax, and polish vehicle surfaces to achieve a high-gloss finish.
- Vacuum and shampoo carpets, seats, and upholstery to ensure cleanliness.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces for optimal visibility.
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or issues that need attention and report them to management.
- Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with the detailing services provided.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and methods in automotive detailing.
